Craig Ensley

Craig Ensley

Chief Executive Officer

Craig is the Chief Executive Officer of IMT.

He brings 30+ years of leadership in semiconductor and systems business with direct experience in converting technology into high volume production business. He has expertise across marketing, engineering, and executive management at both startups and public companies.

Before joining IMT, Craig was CEO of DisplayLink Corporation, a video networking IC company. Previous experience includes Peregrine Semiconductor as President and COO; Cirrus Logic as senior vice president; Crystal Semiconductor as vice president; and, Rockwell International, where he helped start its communications semiconductor business.

He has an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in both applied Physics and Economics from the University of California, San Diego.

Chief Financial Officer

Jim is the Chief Financial Officer of IMT and leads all accounting and finance related activities.

He has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, private equity and Fortune 50 corporate strategy/M&A and has been the investor, advisor or strategic acquirer in more than 40 closed transactions. In particular, he has been instrumental in helping growth companies develop their strategies and scale their businesses.

He has worked at Fortune 50 companies such as The Home Depot and also managed two tech focused private equity funds with Ken Langone at Invemed. Earlier in his career, he worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston and at Arthur Andersen where he earned his CPA.

Jim graduated with Honors from the Haas School of Business Undergraduate Program (UC Berkeley).

Paul Rubel

Paul Rubel

Vice President of Operations

Paul is the Vice President of Operations and a co-founder of IMT.

He has 16 years of experience in the MEMS industry including fabrication, device design, process development, test, and sales. He previously filled the role of VP of Product Development at IMT. Prior to that, Paul was the VP of Post wafer development for Applied Magnetic Corporation, with development and prototype manufacturing responsibilities. He has over 23 years of experience in the Magnetic Recording Head industry including product development, process development, test & equipment development, operational management, and business development.

He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and is the holder of 21 patents.

Dr. Chris Gudeman

Dr. Chris Gudeman

Chief Technology Officer

Chris is the Chief Technology Office of IMT and oversees the development and transition to production of its diverse MEMS programs.

He has 50+ patents and over 30 years of high technology experience in various disciplines, including MEMS and tribology, and various management positions. Before joining IMT in 2005, Chris was at Kovio, a start-up working to create circuits using printing techniques, such as laser printing and ink jet printing. Previous experience includes Silicon Light Machines, as the manager of the technology department, Censtor, and IBM.

He has a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a post-doctoral position at UC-Berkeley. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Physics with a minor in Mathematics from Augustana College.

Eric Sigler

Eric Sigler

Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development

Eric is the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at IMT.

He is a 20+ year veteran of the technology venture industry and was most recently an M&A executive with ESW Capital and served as VP of Marketing and VP Product Strategy for its Aurea subsidiary. Prior to that he was CEO of ClickNotices (where he remains a Board Director). Previously he spent 7 years at Tessera Technologies where he served as VP Corporate Development as well as VP Product Marketing and VP Business Development of its mobile imaging business, Digital Optics. He was also with Scale Venture Partners for 7 years, where he was a Partner leading venture capital investments in the semiconductor industry. He started his career as a strategy consultant with Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman).

He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and MBA from Haas School of Business at UC, Berkeley.

Stephen Bohn

Stephen Bohn

Vice President of Marketing

Steve is the Vice President of Marketing at IMT with a specific focus on transforming all things digital.

He brings over 20 years of global experience in marketing, sales and communications in such diverse industries as luxury automotive, fashion, medical device, pharma, skin care, electronics and aerospace in the U.S., Asia (Japan), and Europe. He’s had the pleasure of working with such prestigious brands as Maserati, Audi, Ducati, Pirelli, Apple, Hermes, Chanel, Shiseido, Medtronic, Allergan, The Ritz Carlton and the Mandarin Oriental. He’s also led change at industry leaders such as NuSil Technology (material sciences for medical/space applications) and Trelyst (drug delivery). Through it all, he’s mixed his passion for great story telling and brand building with the power of the latest marketing technology.

He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from the University of Michigan and is semi-fluent in Japanese.

Director of Quality

Vic is the Director of Quality at IMT and has responsibility for quality management, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Vic has over 30 years’ experience in clean room manufacturing in the medical, semiconductor and MEMS industries.  He has held various positions in engineering and management with the last 20+ years in quality.  Before joining IMT, Vic was at Applied Magnetics making read write heads for computer disk drives and was a senior process engineer at Helix Medical where they manufactured silicone and plastic products.

He attended the University of California at Santa Barbara and is a certified Statistical Process Control instructor from Luftig and Associates.
